Within seconds of submitting the online request I had already received a text message from the company. I was able to set up everything via text message and within a half hour at most. I'm very impressed with the customer service. This was a Saturday night. Monday morning, I get a call from the technician coming. Very polite, very professional. He went over concerns he had. He repaired exactly what needed to be fixed. This company knows how to handle and take care of their customer's needs. Way to go and thank you!

Jarron was the technician that did the door repair. He was able to get to my job a few minutes early which was great. Once here he did a good job of inspecting the door for all problems. After the door spring was installed he did a final inspection. The door now operates better than it has in years. I have used Precision before and will use them in the future. Great Job.

I'd been dreading getting my garage door fixed. I'd procrastinated, delayed, hemmed, hawwed and every other Southern phrase that means "I'll get to it eventually" that you can think of. But yesterday afternoon, my garage door opener gave me its final "Bless your heart" of (what I assume was) a nearly 20-year lifespan (because I'm pretty sure it was original to the house). I called Precision Garage Door of Owensboro at just before 4:30 p.m. CST yesterday. Just before 4 p.m. today, their tech Jarron pulled up in front of my home. There are people who do skilled jobs like this who are nice and you like them. But Jarron was a genuine delight. From minute 1, he was engaged and thoughtful. After some troubleshooting, we arrived at the conclusion that it was time to replace the opener. Jarron wasn't pushy at all. He told me what he could do to fix the existing opener, and then gave me the option of replacing it with a new one and quoted me a price. I asked Jarron when was the earliest he could come back and do the installation. "I can do it right now." I'm still astounded by that (and probably will remain astounded for a month of Sundays, as the saying goes). That level of preparation and foresight alone is worth 5 stars. The installation took about an hour and I now have a brand new, amazingly quiet and blessedly non-malfunctioning garage door opener. Jarron also made sure I understood everything I needed to about the new door opener and programmed my existing remote, too. So just to recap: A service call within 24 hours, a technician who made me feel comfortable and listened to, and a proper fix that worked right before my very eyes. Christmas isn't for a couple more works but my experience with Jarron and PGD was a gift that came early. I would give them more stars if I could, but the best I can do is 5 stars and a glowing (and very wordy) review.

All around great experience. Calls were answered promptly. I called at 4 pm Monday, they scheduled my repair appointment by 8 am the next morning. Service repairman JM was on time, friendly and professional. I was offered repair options, and the pricing was fair and transparent. The repair was done quickly and correctly. I definitely recommend them if you need your garage door repaired.

Jarron was able to arrive early, perform an inspection, and complete repairs in a very timely fashion. I was offered 3 different repair options at various cost points and Jarron walked me through the benefits of each option. His repairs made the door as good as brand new. The guys were great!!! Actually called to advise would be a little earlier. They inspected and provided three repair options for us to pick from. After deciding how we wanted to proceed they went over all the details for the repair and how long it would take. Once finished they again went over all info and we tested the door together. In and out in approx 45ish mins.

After another local company did not call back, I was so impressed with the professionalism of Precision Garage Door! The receptionist was friendly and scheduled a reasonable time for the service team to assess and complete any repairs. The service person contacted within that window, sent a text explaining which service professional was responding. Both service pros were very kind, informative, and efficient. After giving several estimates with pictures, they allowed plenty of time for us to make a decision as to which plan worked best for our family. Their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and promptness means will continue to use them and recommend to friends and family!

They did a great job explaining the issues with my old opener. Installed a new opener and keypad. They went the extra mile and hung a tennis ball guide I had which helps me in parking the car in the right spot. The new door operates smoothly and is much quieter than my old one. They were professional and efficient.
