I can’t recommend this company enough! I accidentally backed into my garage door without realizing it was closing, and it left the door completely nonfunctional. I called them, and they were at my house in literally five minutes! They quickly diagnosed the problem, got my garage door working again in no time, and even had the replacement part needed right on their truck. It’s obvious their service vehicles are fully stocked and they’re prepared for just about anything. The technician was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. One afternoon one of our garage doors unexpectedly wouldn't close. It may have been affected by the weeks of bitter cold we had had. We needed to keep the house secure. We called Precision and they sent a guy the next day. He made sure it was working properly again, and he made several adjustments, as well as lubricating some surfaces, to help assure it would continue to work well. A low cost for the service call. No problem since then.

Our garage door opener seemed to be under stress opening the double garage door. Jarron and Bill located and fixed a couple issues from the original installation. They also tuned up the opener, lubricated door parts and adjusted the door for a tighter fit to the opening. Precision Door responded to my call with next day service. This company is very professional from start to finish. They answered my call the 1st time I called, quoted me a price without obligation and set up my appointment. Eric was my contact person and he was great at getting things done on time. He sent Logan out to hang my new garage door. I wasn't ready for the new opener to be installed at that time and it was not a problem for Eric to install that when I was ready. Eric and Jarran returned a month later to install the openers I purchased from. They finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. The bill was what they quoted and the products top notch. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!
