It was very nice to meet Bill. Bill seems to be a very nice professional young man. Is mannerism he knows his product he knows his company. Very professional. I have no problem whatsoever with him. The only problem we have here is this estimate $5111.48. WOW…. That is really high. People can say I’m a tight wad, but I have to be. It’s our money. We do not have a bottomless bit of money here. I tried to compare apple apples to apples. But you guys are $810.86 higher than one of your competitors. I did show that to him. I’m comparing the same insulation factors same everything. I want to know exactly what’s being installed. And what I’m paying for. I was really hoping you guys would come in a lot cheaper than your competitor. I say a lot. I just had two garage doors installed in my house in Iowa cost me $2700. Same size garage doors same everything overhead garage door company. And I called them and they are the ones that are cheaper than you guys by $810.86. I understand some things may go up a little bit from here to there, but not this much. I understand some markets are different. Cost of labor. Material cost. I do understand, but not this extreme. So I’m still getting another bids. And I’m still willing to give you guys a chance. But I need some help here. So I will see this, sharpen your pencils really sharp. Guys are out of the game, but I’m not gonna pay or $5000 for two garage doors and insulation. Yes, your warranty is great. But it can’t be that great. I just don’t see it. Your company is to install new garage doors for a customer. Yes 10 years they should be great longer, but this is extremely as far as I’m concerned way out of the market. So like I said, sharpen your pencils. Get back to me.

I called another company and had to leave message for repair. So far no call back. I found Precision searching online and was able to schedule for service online to meet my schedule. Service was scheduled following day. The tech (Nathan) texted and called to let me know he was on way with 30 minute notice. He took pictures, inspected door and gave me a price for approval. Nathan got the job done quickly and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this company.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I accidentally backed into my garage door without realizing it was closing, and it left the door completely nonfunctional. I called them, and they were at my house in literally five minutes! They quickly diagnosed the problem, got my garage door working again in no time, and even had the replacement part needed right on their truck. It’s obvious their service vehicles are fully stocked and they’re prepared for just about anything. The technician was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The entire experience was fast, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service from start to finish. One afternoon one of our garage doors unexpectedly wouldn't close. It may have been affected by the weeks of bitter cold we had had. We needed to keep the house secure. We called Precision and they sent a guy the next day. He made sure it was working properly again, and he made several adjustments, as well as lubricating some surfaces, to help assure it would continue to work well. A low cost for the service call. No problem since then.
