It was very nice to meet Bill. Bill seems to be a very nice professional young man. Is mannerism he knows his product he knows his company. Very professional. I have no problem whatsoever with him. The only problem we have here is this estimate $5111.48. WOW…. That is really high. People can say I’m a tight wad, but I have to be. It’s our money. We do not have a bottomless bit of money here. I tried to compare apple apples to apples. But you guys are $810.86 higher than one of your competitors. I did show that to him. I’m comparing the same insulation factors same everything. I want to know exactly what’s being installed. And what I’m paying for. I was really hoping you guys would come in a lot cheaper than your competitor. I say a lot. I just had two garage doors installed in my house in Iowa cost me $2700. Same size garage doors same everything overhead garage door company. And I called them and they are the ones that are cheaper than you guys by $810.86. I understand some things may go up a little bit from here to there, but not this much. I understand some markets are different. Cost of labor. Material cost. I do understand, but not this extreme. So I’m still getting another bids. And I’m still willing to give you guys a chance. But I need some help here. So I will see this, sharpen your pencils really sharp. Guys are out of the game, but I’m not gonna pay or $5000 for two garage doors and insulation. Yes, your warranty is great. But it can’t be that great. I just don’t see it. Your company is to install new garage doors for a customer. Yes 10 years they should be great longer, but this is extremely as far as I’m concerned way out of the market. So like I said, sharpen your pencils. Get back to me.

Seemed expensive, but the tech, showed up sooner that expected, very professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly to replace broken parts, and tested to be sure it was right. Nathan was a pleasure to deal with, I was extremely satisfied with the work done, and pleased that it was done quickly.

Service was quick and complete as possible. Tech was pleasant to talk with and seemed to understand exactly what I was wanting done. I am a very detailed person and the only thing that bothered me slightly was the random spacing of the fasteners for the new bottom seals on my detached garage. I would have laid out a pattern first before installing retainer screws. The service tech had to order the remaining seals for the residential garage and sides/top seals for my detached garage, so I don't have a response to those projects as yet. I did purchase the new bottom seals and all seals for home and detached garage but there is no selection below for seals/parts as a purchase.

Team was quick to reach out with quote and had me scheduled at my convenience. The Tech (Jarron) was right on time and called ahead to let me know when he would be there. He noticed something with the spring that would have caused the new opener to wear quicker and fixed it on the fly. Everyone I worked with was nice and courteous! I live ~60 miles from Owensboro so great to have this type of support willing to come so far! Would recommend to anyone.
