We were having problems with our opener { spring broke and I couldn't get our car out }. They were working on our neighbor's garage door, so we asked if they would take a look at ours. He looked at ours after he was done next door, I called for an appointment after he looked at it. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. They got to us the next day and we are good to go !!! Thank you very much, will definitely recommend .

Actually, I just chose one out of the phonebook. I had chosen another one and called them several times and left messages and they never even returned my call. The first time I called you I got to talk to a real person. What a relief you set me up an appointment For the next business day. I was thrilled when the time came and the service Man drove in my driveway. I was very happy. He was courteous and very friendly. He gave me information on the way is it could be repaired or replaced and what each one would cost . He was so friendly and was very. Nice taking time with me. I’m 72 and my daughter came over to help me understand things. He didn’t mind at all. He didn’t waste any time at all and fixing my door and leaving information for future use.J Jarron I believe was his name. Thank him for me. He was very, very nice.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was able to come out and fix the door in a timely fashion. Jarron was cordial and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure talking with him and having the peace of mine that my garage door will work since will be getting cold soon. I was also impressed that someone was available to answer the phones and set up an appointment the first day I had available.
