Austin Y came by this morning to look at the garage doors at our house because we were not sure of their history and just wanted a once over. He found a significant defect and potential hazard and gave us several options to chose from in order to correct all the issues. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service. Eric Fulkerson immediate found the problem with my garage door was the old lift mechanism which was close to breaking. He had a new assembly with him and had it replaced and working in less than 2 hours. He also reset all the remote controls for the new lift. He was professional and politely answered all my questions during the process.

They did a great job explaining the issues with my old opener. Installed a new opener and keypad. They went the extra mile and hung a tennis ball guide I had which helps me in parking the car in the right spot. The new door operates smoothly and is much quieter than my old one. They were professional and efficient.
