On 3-1-2024, a Saturday, I contacted Precision at 2:00 about a broken garage door chain. At 4:15, Eric arrived equipped with all the necessary tools and parts. Within two and a half hours, he had replaced all hardware components. He installed a separate control unit at the back door. He made sure I was familiar with its operation, including the remote, the mobile app, and phone setup for my friend to also access the remote. On 7-31-2026, after trying to replace the sensor I knocked off days before, fearing the cost of a service call, I gave in and called at 12:45. She estimated the service window between 2 & 6. The technicians, Wyatt and Landon, arrived at 1:50. Wyatt quickly reattached the sensor, aligned it, and verified it worked before leaving. Despite my initial distress, we were laughing when they left. I highly recommend this company. They provide excellent service and employ kind, skilled personnel.

Service was quick and complete as possible. Tech was pleasant to talk with and seemed to understand exactly what I was wanting done. I am a very detailed person and the only thing that bothered me slightly was the random spacing of the fasteners for the new bottom seals on my detached garage. I would have laid out a pattern first before installing retainer screws. The service tech had to order the remaining seals for the residential garage and sides/top seals for my detached garage, so I don't have a response to those projects as yet. I did purchase the new bottom seals and all seals for home and detached garage but there is no selection below for seals/parts as a purchase.
