I can’t recommend this company enough! I accidentally backed into my garage door without realizing it was closing, and it left the door completely nonfunctional. I called them, and they were at my house in literally five minutes! They quickly diagnosed the problem, got my garage door working again in no time, and even had the replacement part needed right on their truck. It’s obvious their service vehicles are fully stocked and they’re prepared for just about anything. The technician was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The entire experience was fast, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs!

One afternoon one of our garage doors unexpectedly wouldn't close. It may have been affected by the weeks of bitter cold we had had. We needed to keep the house secure. We called Precision and they sent a guy the next day. He made sure it was working properly again, and he made several adjustments, as well as lubricating some surfaces, to help assure it would continue to work well. A low cost for the service call. No problem since then.
