My garage remotes quit working. I had called another company and was told the motherboard was defective and to order it myself and then call them back. I did, but then found out there was nothing wrong with the original motherboard, and for some reason,??? the employee never returned my calls. Then decided to try Precision. What a difference in every way! Austin agreed the original mother board was fine, and proceeded to tell me what was really wrong, and the job was done. However, there was a glitch in the remote a couple of days later. I called Precision and very early the next morning, Austin was here and fixed it and I have had no problems since. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The employee that answered my phone call was very nice and was prompt in getting Austin back over. So, I am completely satisfied and will be doing business with Precision if I need them again.

Our real estate agent, Devin Taylor, recommended Precision Garage Door Service after we bought our new home. We needed a whole new door, belt drive, tracks, springs . . the works. Eric and his assistant, arrived promptly for the appointment, texting beforehand and were both courteous and professional. After discussing what was needed and settling on the particulars, they did a very thorough inspection of the old existing door including taking pictures and measurements. Looking forward to seeing the finished project in a few weeks.

Austin repaired our garage door! Sounds better now than it did when we built our home! He did a great job and got new springs on the rail, serviced the whole mechanism and shines like a new one. Great job Austin. Would recommend you and the company you work for in a heartbeat!!

I called Precision Door to give me a quote on complete door replacement. Eric came out to my house the following day. He was prompt, respectful and courteous. His knowledge and experience provided me with everything I needed to make a smart decision on the type and style of door that suited both my house and the neighborhood. He even programmed both my vehicles for my existing door at no charge.

I chose Precision Garage Door of Owensboro after hearing about the great work that they did for a friend of mine. Austin Y came by this morning to look at the garage doors at our house because we were not sure of their history and just wanted a once over. He found a significant defect and potential hazard and gave us several options to chose from in order to correct all the issues. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt fully confident in his diagnosis. Thank you.

Very pleased with the service. Eric Fulkerson immediate found the problem with my garage door was the old lift mechanism which was close to breaking. He had a new assembly with him and had it replaced and working in less than 2 hours. He also reset all the remote controls for the new lift. He was professional and politely answered all my questions during the process.

They did a great job explaining the issues with my old opener. Installed a new opener and keypad. They went the extra mile and hung a tennis ball guide I had which helps me in parking the car in the right spot. The new door operates smoothly and is much quieter than my old one. They were professional and efficient.
