On 3-1-2024, a Saturday, I contacted Precision at 2:00 about a broken garage door chain. At 4:15, Eric arrived equipped with all the necessary tools and parts. Within two and a half hours, he had replaced all hardware components. He installed a separate control unit at the back door. He made sure I was familiar with its operation, including the remote, the mobile app, and phone setup for my friend to also access the remote. On 7-31-2026, after trying to replace the sensor I knocked off days before, fearing the cost of a service call, I gave in and called at 12:45. She estimated the service window between 2 & 6. The technicians, Wyatt and Landon, arrived at 1:50. Wyatt quickly reattached the sensor, aligned it, and verified it worked before leaving. Despite my initial distress, we were laughing when they left. I highly recommend this company. They provide excellent service and employ kind, skilled personnel.

I called another company and had to leave message for repair. So far no call back. I found Precision searching online and was able to schedule for service online to meet my schedule. Service was scheduled following day. The tech (Nathan) texted and called to let me know he was on way with 30 minute notice. He took pictures, inspected door and gave me a price for approval. I suffered an unexpected main spring failure, and had to find a local repair crew for the first time. I chose Precision Door because of their outstanding customer reviews - and I was not disappointed. The repair scheduled worked with my other schedules, and the Techs arrived on time. After the initial site inspection, we agreed that the door needed more than just a new spring. The door was probably 10 years old, and I couldn't find any service logs from the original owners, so it also needed new rollers and cables. The other door (having no issues) showed that the rollers were also getting worn out, so I added that to the service request. Eric and his assistant were friendly, provided 2 quotes to choose from ("must haves" and "will possibly need in the future"), and finished the agreed repairs very quickly... even though I may have slowed them down with conversation. I tend to recommend and revisit companies that not only do a great job at a reasonable price, but also leave me feeling like I met great people. Precision Garage Door fits those requirements and, if I could, I'd give them MORE than 5 Stars on a scale of 1-5.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I accidentally backed into my garage door without realizing it was closing, and it left the door completely nonfunctional. I called them, and they were at my house in literally five minutes! They quickly diagnosed the problem, got my garage door working again in no time, and even had the replacement part needed right on their truck.
