My garage door hadn't been maintained in quite a few years. The weather stripping on the door bottom was frayed. Logan from Precision Garage Door came over, listened to my issues and gave me a satisfactory quote. Logan then proceeded to maintain the garage door to my satisfaction. Logan was very courteous and professional. Very nice individual! I definitely would recommend Precision Garage Door and Logan to anyone needing their garage door fixed.

Simply amazing service. Within minutes of searching online for a garage door company in our area, I received a call from Precision Door. I had made the decision to replace two 28 year old openers. The gentleman explained the 3 different quality units and differences in each. I opted for the best units. In less than 2 hours the service tech, Logan, was at our house. I also decided to replace the springs. Excellent work. Logan completed everything including setting up the ap on my phone, explained the complete operation, set up the control module in our car. Team was quick to reach out with quote and had me scheduled at my convenience. The Tech (Jarron) was right on time and called ahead to let me know when he would be there. He noticed something with the spring that would have caused the new opener to wear quicker and fixed it on the fly. Everyone I worked with was nice and courteous! I live ~60 miles from Owensboro so great to have this type of support willing to come so far! Would recommend to anyone.

Within seconds of submitting the online request I had already received a text message from the company. I was able to set up everything via text message and within a half hour at most. I'm very impressed with the customer service. This was a Saturday night. Monday morning, I get a call from the technician coming. Very polite, very professional. He went over concerns he had. He repaired exactly what needed to be fixed. This company knows how to handle and take care of their customer's needs. Way to go and thank you!
