Our garage door opener seemed to be under stress opening the double garage door. Jarron and Bill located and fixed a couple issues from the original installation. They also tuned up the opener, lubricated door parts and adjusted the door for a tighter fit to the opening. Precision Door responded to my call with next day service. I would highly recommend Precision Door for garage door service/repair.

My technicians Eric and Bailey did an awesome job! They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and did an awesome job installing my new door! They tried opening and closing the door many times, ensuring the garage door opener worked correctly without stopping. Honestly, my prior door never opened as smoothly as the one they installed today! I appreciate the professional, friendly service and will use them for future garage door projects!

This company is very professional from start to finish. They answered my call the 1st time I called, quoted me a price without obligation and set up my appointment. Eric was my contact person and he was great at getting things done on time. He sent Logan out to hang my new garage door. I wasn't ready for the new opener to be installed at that time and it was not a problem for Eric to install that when I was ready. Eric and Jarran returned a month later to install the openers I purchased from. They finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. The bill was what they quoted and the products top notch. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

Actually, I just chose one out of the phonebook. I had chosen another one and called them several times and left messages and they never even returned my call. The first time I called you I got to talk to a real person. What a relief you set me up an appointment For the next business day. I was thrilled when the time came and the service Man drove in my driveway. I was very happy. He was courteous and very friendly. He gave me information on the way is it could be repaired or replaced and what each one would cost . He was so friendly and was very. Nice taking time with me. I’m 72 and my daughter came over to help me understand things. He didn’t mind at all. He didn’t waste any time at all and fixing my door and leaving information for future use.J Jarron I believe was his name. Thank him for me. He was very, very nice.

Logan from Precision Garage Door came over, listened to my issues and gave me a satisfactory quote. Logan then proceeded to maintain the garage door to my satisfaction. Simply amazing service. Within minutes of searching online for a garage door company in our area, I received a call from Precision Door. I had made the decision to replace two 28 year old openers. The gentleman explained the 3 different quality units and differences in each. I opted for the best units. In less than 2 hours the service tech, Logan, was at our house. I also decided to replace the springs. Excellent work. Logan completed everything including setting up the ap on my phone, explained the complete operation, set up the control module in our car. They did a great job explaining the issues with my old opener. Installed a new opener and keypad. They went the extra mile and hung a tennis ball guide I had which helps me in parking the car in the right spot. The new door operates smoothly and is much quieter than my old one. They were professional and efficient.
