Have been familiar with Precision for many years. They replaced our garage door way back 30ish yrs ago. I didn’t hesitate to call them for another more difficult replacement this past year. They came up with a plan, implemented it, and have backed their work promptly when I’ve had an issue. Bill have been working on it from the beginning. He is friendly, courteous, and reassuring. I appreciate knowing he will help fix whatever comes up without making this 75 yr old Gramma feel incompetent!

Best service I've had on anything in a long time. I called at 8:30 in the morning and they were here at 10:30.they saw the problem and had it fixed in one hour.They are very polite explained everything to where even l could understand it.I highly recommend them.

One afternoon one of our garage doors unexpectedly wouldn't close. It may have been affected by the weeks of bitter cold we had had. We needed to keep the house secure. We called Precision and they sent a guy the next day. He made sure it was working properly again, and he made several adjustments, as well as lubricating some surfaces, to help assure it would continue to work well. A low cost for the service call. No problem since then.

I was so impressed, they far exceeded expectations! I first met with the owner when he came out to my house to look over our situation and discuss my options. I was truly expecting some person to just show up and say yip you need a door and shoot out some big number. He took the time to explain different options, pricing and timing. My door was damaged and down so my wife could not put her car in the garage and he knew that was important. he took the time to find a repair panel and let me know how long it would take and gave me an option of just replacing all the panels new. I chose that option because the panels were damaged by hail. They told me that they could get it done today, and that was great! The team they sent out to do the work were amazing, professional, clean, and took pride in their work and manners.I know one of the guys was Austin, and I really appreciated his work ethic.I would recommend them to anyone for their garage door needs. I did not get the other guys name but he worked with Austin like a well-oiled machine. I appreciate the fact that this is a locally owned and veteran-owned business.I hope they continue to grow and serve our community.

My garage remotes quit working. I had called another company and was told the motherboard was defective and to order it myself and then call them back. I did, but then found out there was nothing wrong with the original motherboard, and for some reason,??? the employee never returned my calls. Then decided to try Precision. What a difference in every way! Austin agreed the original mother board was fine, and proceeded to tell me what was really wrong, and the job was done. However, there was a glitch in the remote a couple of days later. I called Precision and very early the next morning, Austin was here and fixed it and I have had no problems since. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The employee that answered my phone call was very nice and was prompt in getting Austin back over. So, I am completely satisfied and will be doing business with Precision if I need them again.

Eric and his assistant, arrived promptly for the appointment, texting beforehand and were both courteous and professional. After discussing what was needed and settling on the particulars, they did a very thorough inspection of the old existing door including taking pictures and measurements.
