I suffered an unexpected main spring failure, and had to find a local repair crew for the first time. I chose Precision Door because of their outstanding customer reviews - and I was not disappointed. The repair scheduled worked with my other schedules, and the Techs arrived on time. After the initial site inspection, we agreed that the door needed more than just a new spring. The door was probably 10 years old, and I couldn't find any service logs from the original owners, so it also needed new rollers and cables. The other door (having no issues) showed that the rollers were also getting worn out, so I added that to the service request. Eric and his assistant were friendly, provided 2 quotes to choose from ("must haves" and "will possibly need in the future"), and finished the agreed repairs very quickly... even though I may have slowed them down with conversation. I tend to recommend and revisit companies that not only do a great job at a reasonable price, but also leave me feeling like I met great people. Precision Garage Door fits those requirements and, if I could, I'd give them MORE than 5 Stars on a scale of 1-5.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I accidentally backed into my garage door without realizing it was closing, and it left the door completely nonfunctional. I called them, and they were at my house in literally five minutes! They quickly diagnosed the problem, got my garage door working again in no time, and even had the replacement part needed right on their truck. It’s obvious their service vehicles are fully stocked and they’re prepared for just about anything. The technician was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
