After discussing what was needed and settling on the particulars, they did a very thorough inspection of the old existing door including taking pictures and measurements. My garage remotes quit working. I had called another company and was told the motherboard was defective and to order it myself and then call them back. I did, but then found out there was nothing wrong with the original motherboard, and for some reason,??? the employee never returned my calls. Then decided to try Precision. What a difference in every way! Austin agreed the original mother board was fine, and proceeded to tell me what was really wrong, and the job was done. However, there was a glitch in the remote a couple of days later. I called Precision and very early the next morning, Austin was here and fixed it and I have had no problems since. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The employee that answered my phone call was very nice and was prompt in getting Austin back over. So, I am completely satisfied and will be doing business with Precision if I need them again.
