I have used Precision twice in the past year for two non-related problems on two different doors. Their scheduling process through a corporate representative is easy and quick. Techs have always communicated when they are in route. Each time they resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Today Precision Garage Door of Owensboro fixed our overhead door which went off the rails on Saturday. The tech was knowledgeable, polite and on time. One afternoon one of our garage doors unexpectedly wouldn't close. It may have been affected by the weeks of bitter cold we had had. We needed to keep the house secure. We called Precision and they sent a guy the next day. He made sure it was working properly again, and he made several adjustments, as well as lubricating some surfaces, to help assure it would continue to work well. A low cost for the service call. No problem since then.
