The guys were great!!! Actually called to advise would be a little earlier. They inspected and provided three repair options for us to pick from. After deciding how we wanted to proceed they went over all the details for the repair and how long it would take. Once finished they again went over all info and we tested the door together. In and out in approx 45ish mins.

After another local company did not call back, I was so impressed with the professionalism of Precision Garage Door! The receptionist was friendly and scheduled a reasonable time for the service team to assess and complete any repairs. The service person contacted within that window, sent a text explaining which service professional was responding. Both service pros were very kind, informative, and efficient. After giving several estimates with pictures, they allowed plenty of time for us to make a decision as to which plan worked best for our family. I can tell you that I was impressed with Precision Garage Door as a first time user. I went to leave my home on a Saturday morning to attend a family funeral when my garage door spring broke. I immediately went to call my usual garage door guy but he was closed on Saturdays. I found your number in the Owensboro phone book and decided to give you a try. I called around 10 am and by 2 pm your technician was at my home. He explained to me the repairs needed and gave me a quote to do the work.
