Jarron was able to arrive early, perform an inspection, and complete repairs in a very timely fashion. I was offered 3 different repair options at various cost points and Jarron walked me through the benefits of each option. His repairs made the door as good as brand new. Great service, friendly technician, and reasonable repair options!

The guys were great!!! Actually called to advise would be a little earlier. They inspected and provided three repair options for us to pick from. After deciding how we wanted to proceed they went over all the details for the repair and how long it would take. Once finished they again went over all info and we tested the door together. In and out in approx 45ish mins.

After another local company did not call back, I was so impressed with the professionalism of Precision Garage Door! The receptionist was friendly and scheduled a reasonable time for the service team to assess and complete any repairs. The service person contacted within that window, sent a text explaining which service professional was responding. Both service pros were very kind, informative, and efficient. After giving several estimates with pictures, they allowed plenty of time for us to make a decision as to which plan worked best for our family. Their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and promptness means will continue to use them and recommend to friends and family!

I can tell you that I was impressed with Precision Garage Door as a first time user. I went to leave my home on a Saturday morning to attend a family funeral when my garage door spring broke. I immediately went to call my usual garage door guy but he was closed on Saturdays. I found your number in the Owensboro phone book and decided to give you a try. I called around 10 am and by 2 pm your technician was at my home. He explained to me the repairs needed and gave me a quote to do the work. I agreed to the quote and within an hour he was done and on his way home. Thanks again for your prompt response and quality work.

I was attracted to your ad that said same day service. Your technician, Eric, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was exceptional in explaining to me what was wrong with my door and gave me my options in addressing the issue along with estimates. Austin was right on time when he called to say he was headed my way. He’s a very knowledgeable and nice young man. It didn’t take him long to service my door opener. He show me how to use the remote and then let me use it. I will definitely want him to come back if I have anymore problems with my door or opener.
