On 3-1-2024, a Saturday, I contacted Precision at 2:00 about a broken garage door chain. At 4:15, Eric arrived equipped with all the necessary tools and parts. Within two and a half hours, he had replaced all hardware components. He installed a separate control unit at the back door. He made sure I was familiar with its operation, including the remote, the mobile app, and phone setup for my friend to also access the remote. On 7-31-2026, after trying to replace the sensor I knocked off days before, fearing the cost of a service call, I gave in and called at 12:45. She estimated the service window between 2 & 6. The technicians, Wyatt and Landon, arrived at 1:50. Wyatt quickly reattached the sensor, aligned it, and verified it worked before leaving. Despite my initial distress, we were laughing when they left. I highly recommend this company. They provide excellent service and employ kind, skilled personnel.

Spring broke on our garage door. Wyatt came out to repair the door. He was very polite and very professional. Did a great job with the fix. This company is top notch. From the first call to schedule an appointment to the tech showing up. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Firstly, Precision gave me a 2 hr window for the appointment, much better than the usual 8 - 5 window from a lot of service companies. Wyatt called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the sensors and remote and was finished in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I have used Precision twice in the past year for two non-related problems on two different doors. Their scheduling process through a corporate representative is easy and quick. Techs have always communicated when they are in route. Each time they resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Hope I don't need them for a while, but if I have a garage door problem Precision is who I call.
