Appointment availability the same day I requested. Appointment and arrival communication was excellent. Jarron and Austin were professional and polite. They explained the problem and offered three options/prices to address the issues. I’m pleased with the outcome! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PGD!

I can tell you that I was impressed with Precision Garage Door as a first time user. I went to leave my home on a Saturday morning to attend a family funeral when my garage door spring broke. I immediately went to call my usual garage door guy but he was closed on Saturdays. I found your number in the Owensboro phone book and decided to give you a try. I called around 10 am and by 2 pm your technician was at my home. He explained to me the repairs needed and gave me a quote to do the work. I agreed to the quote and within an hour he was done and on his way home. Thanks again for your prompt response and quality work.

I was attracted to your ad that said same day service. Your technician, Eric, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was exceptional in explaining to me what was wrong with my door and gave me my options in addressing the issue along with estimates. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would need a garage door repair. I was totally pleased with the final result!

Austin was right on time when he called to say he was headed my way. He’s a very knowledgeable and nice young man. It didn’t take him long to service my door opener. He show me how to use the remote and then let me use it. I will definitely want him to come back if I have anymore problems with my door or opener.

The salesman and installer did a great job. I did have to call office 3 times in order to get an installation date after the door arrived to you. It was 2 days short of 1 month from purchase to install which I think was a bit long. The people you have out dealing with the public are great! Would recommend to friends.

My elderly parents needed a reliable garage door opener. Theirs had broken, causing us to have to lift the very heavy double door manually. We called Precision Door Service because I had talked with one of their technicians last week, who was so knowledgeable that he solved our problem at my home over the phone, saving us both time and money. My parents' door was repaired the same day we called for an appointment. Brent was our technician for both jobs. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, respectful, personable - and had the door opener expertly installed very quickly to our complete satisfaction - including power outage backup. It's a relief to have it working so perfectly, and to know that the company responds quickly and cares about backing up their product. We are thrilled with the results. Thank you!
