We were having problems with our opener { spring broke and I couldn't get our car out }. They were working on our neighbor's garage door, so we asked if they would take a look at ours. He looked at ours after he was done next door, I called for an appointment after he looked at it. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. They got to us the next day and we are good to go !!! Very pleased with the service. Eric Fulkerson immediate found the problem with my garage door was the old lift mechanism which was close to breaking. He had a new assembly with him and had it replaced and working in less than 2 hours. He also reset all the remote controls for the new lift. He was professional and politely answered all my questions during the process.

They did a great job explaining the issues with my old opener. Installed a new opener and keypad. They went the extra mile and hung a tennis ball guide I had which helps me in parking the car in the right spot. The new door operates smoothly and is much quieter than my old one. They were professional and efficient.

Our garage door opener seemed to be under stress opening the double garage door. Jarron and Bill located and fixed a couple issues from the original installation. They also tuned up the opener, lubricated door parts and adjusted the door for a tighter fit to the opening. Precision Door responded to my call with next day service. I would highly recommend Precision Door for garage door service/repair.

This company is very professional from start to finish. They answered my call the 1st time I called, quoted me a price without obligation and set up my appointment. Eric was my contact person and he was great at getting things done on time. He sent Logan out to hang my new garage door. I wasn't ready for the new opener to be installed at that time and it was not a problem for Eric to install that when I was ready. Eric and Jarran returned a month later to install the openers I purchased from. They finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. The bill was what they quoted and the products top notch. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

Actually, I just chose one out of the phonebook. I had chosen another one and called them several times and left messages and they never even returned my call. The first time I called you I got to talk to a real person. What a relief you set me up an appointment For the next business day. I was thrilled when the time came and the service Man drove in my driveway. I was very happy. He was courteous and very friendly. He gave me information on the way is it could be repaired or replaced and what each one would cost . He was so friendly and was very. Nice taking time with me. I’m 72 and my daughter came over to help me understand things. He didn’t mind at all. He didn’t waste any time at all and fixing my door and leaving information for future use.J Jarron I believe was his name. Thank him for me. He was very, very nice.
