We were having problems with our opener { spring broke and I couldn't get our car out }. They were working on our neighbor's garage door, so we asked if they would take a look at ours. He looked at ours after he was done next door, I called for an appointment after he looked at it. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. They got to us the next day and we are good to go !!! Very pleased with the service. Eric Fulkerson immediate found the problem with my garage door was the old lift mechanism which was close to breaking. He had a new assembly with him and had it replaced and working in less than 2 hours. He also reset all the remote controls for the new lift. He was professional and politely answered all my questions during the process.

I chose Precision because they provided me with prompt service last year. Very polite, very competent. Service provided on a Saturday. Explained what was causing the problem & proceeded to repair it. I would definitely recommend them & would use them again if any issues occurred.
