The salesman and installer did a great job. I did have to call office 3 times in order to get an installation date after the door arrived to you. It was 2 days short of 1 month from purchase to install which I think was a bit long. The people you have out dealing with the public are great! Would recommend to friends.

My elderly parents needed a reliable garage door opener. Theirs had broken, causing us to have to lift the very heavy double door manually. We called Precision Door Service because I had talked with one of their technicians last week, who was so knowledgeable that he solved our problem at my home over the phone, saving us both time and money. My parents' door was repaired the same day we called for an appointment. Brent was our technician for both jobs. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, respectful, personable - and had the door opener expertly installed very quickly to our complete satisfaction - including power outage backup.
