After another local company did not call back, I was so impressed with the professionalism of Precision Garage Door! The receptionist was friendly and scheduled a reasonable time for the service team to assess and complete any repairs. The service person contacted within that window, sent a text explaining which service professional was responding. Both service pros were very kind, informative, and efficient. After giving several estimates with pictures, they allowed plenty of time for us to make a decision as to which plan worked best for our family. Their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and promptness means will continue to use them and recommend to friends and family!

Austin was right on time when he called to say he was headed my way. He’s a very knowledgeable and nice young man. It didn’t take him long to service my door opener. He show me how to use the remote and then let me use it. I will definitely want him to come back if I have anymore problems with my door or opener.

The guys were great!!! Actually called to advise would be a little earlier. They inspected and provided three repair options for us to pick from. After deciding how we wanted to proceed they went over all the details for the repair and how long it would take. Once finished they again went over all info and we tested the door together. In and out in approx 45ish mins.
